Organizing a birthday party at TomorrowLand is simple. From booking the date to the end of the party, everything follows a clear plan. Below, we explain step by step what a birthday celebration looks like.
1. Booking a date
You can book a birthday party:
through the website,
by email,
by phone.
When making the reservation, it is worth providing any additional information about the party.
If you would like our staff to help cut the cake, please let us know when making the reservation.
2. Arrival at TomorrowLand
On the day of the party, please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the reserved time.
After arrival, payment is completed and the group then goes to the birthday room.
Children can leave their belongings there and get ready for the activities.
3. Meeting the assistant
Next, the group is taken over by an assistant who will look after the children while they use the attractions.
At the beginning, the assistant explains the most important rules and introduces the children to how the activities will proceed.
After a short introduction, the group starts enjoying the attractions.
4. Fun at the attractions
An assistant accompanies the children throughout their time at the attractions.
The assistant helps to:
prepare participants for the games,
start the appropriate attractions,
explain the rules,
guide children between the different rooms and zones.
This allows the children to focus on having fun while the whole group moves smoothly between the attractions.
5. What can parents do during the activities?
While the children are enjoying the attractions, parents can stay in the birthday room or watch the children play.
Coffee machines are also available in the room for parents to use while they wait.
6. Returning to the birthday room
After the attractions are finished, the assistant takes the children back to the birthday room.
From that moment, the children remain under their parents’ supervision.
The group then has another 30 minutes in the birthday room to celebrate together.
This is the time for:
cake,
singing “Happy Birthday,”
birthday wishes,
group photos,
a relaxed end to the party.
7. What is available in the birthday room?
The birthday room includes basic party accessories:
cups,
plates,
cutlery.
8. End of the birthday party
When the reserved time is over, the party comes to an end.
Parents and children collect their belongings and leave the birthday room.
